Since its establishment in 1948, the research Center for Group Dynamics' mission has been to advance the understanding of human behavior in social contexts; making clear the linkages between an individual's psychological life and the life of the society to which the individual belongs.

The Research Center for Group Dynamics, Institute for Social Research, and Department of Psychology invite you to attend a memorial service for our colleague Robert B. Zajonc on Monday, January 12, 3:30pm, at the Michigan League. Bob passed away after a courageous five-year battle with pancreatic cancer on December 3, 2009 in Palo Alto, California. His family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Robert B. Zajonc Scholars Fund at ISR.
