Our web-based upload facility is not yet functional. Please make your paper contributions at this time via e-mail to pewpa@www.isr.umich.edu using the following pattern:

• Prepare your paper in Adobe's PDF format, if at all possible, using software listed on the Utilities page. Please note that other formats are acceptable at this time, including PostScript (the .ps or .prn files produced when you save a print job to a file), Word, Word Perfect, etc. Adobe's PDF format is the most desirable due to the quality of its graphics-handling capabilities, hyperlink support and cross-platform compatibility.
  
• Prepare a plain-text abstract of your paper.
• Submit everything in a single e-mail message the above address in the following format:
  1. Paper title
  2. Authors' names: last name first with principal author listed first
  3. E-mail address for the principal author
  4. Name of conference or journal where paper appeared or will appear, if applicable
  5. Paper abstract
  6. Paper as an attachment to the message

Upon receipt, your paper will be listed on the Recent Additions page until the site is fully operational some time in the next several weeks.
